To make sure my customers have enough time to break in my cables, they have 90 days from the date they receive them to evaluate their performance. The cables come with installation instructions and break in instruction including a description of the break in process and the four phases of sound performance the cables go through.

I offer a 90 day volume discount to customers. If within that period you purchase 2 pairs of cables the discount is 5%, three pairs 10% and four or more pairs is 15%. In the case of single digital cables, two Digital Cables are required to count as pair for discounts.
